Wow what a week end. I was on an incredible yoga retreat this past week end with Lindsay from Discover Your Yoga. It was incredible and I would highly recommend if you happen to get the chance to go on one.
After a very active week end my body is needing some slow and easy rest. How about you? What gets you motivated to get moving on a Monday Morning? I find that Joyce Meyer is always an inspiration. Another thing that can get me moving if I need to, is listening to some upbeat music like Kool and the Gang. This song will really get you moving.
