This is a bit of a tough one for me…I sometimes have a hard time showing my vulnerable side. In this wonderful and adventurous life we are all walking and sometimes running through together their can sometimes be obstacles that get in the way or trip us up occasionally.
( Flowers to look forward to)
You know how it is, we are always our own worst critic. This happened to me yesterday. After having a lovely time on Tuesday with my eldest daughter Amber I seemed to just crash and burn. I was tired (not sleeping well), overwhelmed with the slow pace of my business and just plain old discouraged. I really could not pin it down why, although I know from first hand experience that these feeling do pass…I choose to dive in head first and wallow in my self pity. My husband Bud being the wonderful supportive husband he is told me to get back to basics and then took me out to #Swiss Chalet# for dinner.
(Breathing in the beauty of flowers always lifts my spirit)
There are so many learning curves when one-first begins a new business. From marketing to technical issues it is all there. And being in business can sometimes be a very lonely adventure. This is why I have chosen to be a part of a business coaching group. It is what keeps me going and holds me accountable. If you are an entrepreneur and just starting out I highly recommend getting involved in something like this. Yes, there is a fee but I feel we are worth the investment. If you would like any recommendations of people to look up just let me know.
Five Questions to ask yourself:
1.Am I overtired?
2. How is my nutrition intake?
3. Was there a trigger that set me off?
4. What could I do right now that would help me feel better? (Take a nap, go for a walk, have a cup of tea)
5. What are five things you have accomplished and are proud of?
